After a wonderful Summer and Fall, the Holidays have quickly snuck up on us. With so many things to do, like shopping, sending cards to friends and family, it can be very hard to find time to eat healthy, especially when you don’t have time to even reflect on the Season. For all of our customers that are responsible for planning an office party or family function, Fit for Life has good news for you!

In as little as 24 hours, Fit for Life can have an excellent arrangement of healthy and delicious menu items delivered to your location! Please note that Fit for Life will work with our customers on any allergy or dietary needs and concerns that are expressed. FFL CO-SPONSORS THE RYERSON RAMS BASKETBALL GAME NOVEMBER 19 2010
Fit For Life Food Restaurant, located at the ATRIUM ON BAY Food court, was one of the three major sponsors at the Ryerson RAMS Women’s and Men’s Basketball Team, on Friday, November 19, 2010. Eggy the Mascot, led the crowd to their feet in support of these two exciting games; and filled the gymnasium with enthusiastic spirit!
Shauna Bookal, Ryerson’s Athletics and Recreation Events Coordinator, partnered up with Arti Patel; and co-ordinated with Sandra Melo, Tenants Co-ordinator at Hines, to graciously host this successful event.
Our Food Specialist, Monty Walsh, and Director of Operations, Cheri Meadus, cooked up a storm by providing an array of sandwich samples; the menu platter included our Signature Fit For Life Chicken Wrap, Signature Fit For Life Veggie Supreme Wrap, and our newly developed Turkey Caesar Wrap.
Ralitza Shopova and Marco Defosse, from our Head Office administration team, came out to support the event by sampling our FFL Hearty Chili; and our Lo Calorie Sobe Juice shots.
The Mini FFL Basketball game, hosted by yours truly,was a great opportunity to draw in the crowd and interact with students; prizes were given out to all participants in the form of Chili Coupons, FREE coupon books, FREE Sobe 591 ml Juice, FREE Fit For Life Bottled Water , and FREE full size sandwich wraps. Pictures of participating students, who signed a photo release form, were also taken; and are posted on our Fit For Life Food Facebook page.
